Grace Lutheran Church had the privilege of commissioning both a new Special Needs Education (SNE) classroom and a workshop that will serve as a trade school for the students of Point of Grace. The SNE classroom, once the old welding shop, now provides a bright and welcoming space where children with special learning needs can grow and thrive. Through the vision and dedication of Pastor and Lorna Meeker —guided by their heartfelt belief that “each child is enough”— a new work shop was built to expand vocational training opportunities for older students, equipping them with valuable skills in welding, woodworking, automotive repair and electrical work for their future.
All of this was made possible through the generous donations, support, and prayers of the Grace congregation—an outpouring of God’s love in action, helping to build both minds and futures in Christ’s name.
